To ensure a safe and positive experience for every dog, all Daycare and Boarding guests are required to complete a one-time temperament evaluation. During the evaluation, your dog will first be given time to explore and settle into our centre in a calm environment without other dogs present. Once they are comfortable, we gradually introduce other dogs one at a time, allowing our team to observe their behaviour, confidence, social skills, and play style. This careful introduction helps us understand your dog's temperament and ensures they are matched with compatible playmates, creating a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
